Stuck in a lease? We've got you covered.
We will reimburse you for the forfeited security deposit and lease break fees from your current residence. The maximum reimbursement for a forfeited security deposit is $1,000, provided the forfeited deposit is solely due to lease break clauses and not related to property damage or other conditions. The maximum reimbursement for lease break fees is up to the equivalent of two months' rent for your new home at The Landing at Amber Fields. 12-month lease minimum required. Official receipts confirming payment of either or both the forfeited security deposit and lease break fees are required. Reimbursement will be processed after move-in and receipt of your first full month’s rent payment.
